If you do not have a Pacify account already, make sure you have selected “Don’t have an account?” to create an account. If you forgot your password, please fill in your email and select “Forgot password?”. Then follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. 

If you have Pacify for no cost through your health plan, employer, or public health organization, they will either provide you with a code or direct you to enter your insurance information during app registration.. Please follow up with your organization if you have lost your code or need access to a code.

If your health plan has instructed you to select “Check your coverage” when registering in the app, please follow the prompts to enter your insurance information.If you encounter an error during this process, it is possible that there is either an error with your entry or your health plan does not offer Pacify. Please follow the prompts in the app to contact support.
