Flexible schedule

Pacify allows providers to do the counseling they love on their own schedule, reaching families in an on-demand environment in the early years of parenthood. Our providers can work as often as is convenient, on their own time, day or night.

Empathy focused

Pacify providers give evidence-based recommendations and exercise empathy and sensitivity to parents’ unique concerns and anxieties. Pacify is dedicated to helping parents obtain the support, information, and skills they need to breastfeed.

Call charts

Pacify providers submit chart notes after each call with findings and recommendations. Our team reviews these charts to ensure that our providers and parents remain happy, healthy, and satisfied with the Pacify experience.

HIPAA compliant

Pacify is serious about keeping parents’ private health information confidential and safe. We store all private health information in a 100% HIPAA-compliant, secure database. Pacify providers complete HIPAA privacy and security training.

Great question! Any parent in the United States or Puerto Rico can use Pacify. There are many ways parents gain access to services, including:

1. We actively partner with WIC, Title V, Medicaid and hospital systems in certain states that allow low-income parents to use Pacify for free.

2. Employers can partner with Pacify to offer our services as a new parent benefit.

3. Parents can purchase Pacify memberships inside the app for $59/month, $249/6 months, and $349/1 year.
